Some people might not be keen on watching a film by Roman Polanski nowadays due to his sexual abuse scandal<\/a>, but if you’re still interested in Polanski’s film career, you might want to know that his latest film, “Carnage,” will be screened in select theaters December 16, 2011. <\/p>\n

The film, based on Yasmina Reza’s play “God of Carnage,” stars Jodi Foster, Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz and John C. Reilly, and the synopsis, according to the press release, of the comedy is that the parents of two boys at odds come together in order to come to some solutions, but develops into an even bigger problem:<\/p>\n

“‘Carnage’ is a razor sharp, biting comedy centered on parental differences. After two boys duke it out on a playground, the parents of the “victim” invite the parents of the “bully” over to work out their issues. A polite discussion of childrearing soon escalates into verbal warfare, with all four parents revealing their true colors. None of them will escape the carnage.”<\/p>\n
