If you loved the original just as it was and never wanted to see it changed or redone, well, I&#8217;m sorry to tell you that NBC is doing just that. <\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/insidetv.ew.com\/2011\/11\/16\/munsters-pilot\/\" target=\"blank\">Entertainment Weekly<\/a>, the Peacock has ordered a pilot of an updated &#8220;Munsters.&#8221; The show is bring brought back to the screen by Bryan Fuller, the creator of the fan favorite (but still cancelled) &#8220;Pushing Daisies.&#8221; The series, which will consist of hour-long episodes instead of the 30-minute episodes the original show consisted of, will show how the inhabitants came to live in the house and will be less campy than the original.<\/p>\n<p>Will that be bad or good? Who&#8217;s to say. The show is one of the shows that could be good as a remake, so who knows if the show will be successful.
