The Academy Award-winning actress has been offered the role of Arthur&#8217;s sorceress half-sister, Morgana. If Cotillard accepts the role, she&#8217;ll appear alongside &#8216;Game of Thrones&#8217; Kit Harington and &#8216;The Killing&#8217;s Joel Kinnaman.<\/p>\n<p>If Cotillard chooses not to accept the role of Morgana, Warner Bros. is expected to offer it to an actress at the same level of fame, who has more name recognition than Harington and Kinnaman. If Dobkin&#8217;s film, which is expected to be released on March 15, 2012, remains consistent with modern portrayals of Morgana, Morgana will likely be the villain in &#8216;Arthur &amp; Lancelot.&#8217; <\/p>\n<p>Of &#8216;Arthur &amp; Lancelot,&#8217; Dobkin said he pulled the legend apart, and only kept a few things. &#8220;I kept certain characters, I recreated the entire launch of the legend and why it starts the way that it starts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dobkin added that he doesn&#8217;t want to give away to much, but he &#8220;pulled the flaws out, I reinvented the characters as grounded characters.
