The third season of the hit Disney XD show “Pair of Kings” is set to premiere Monday, June 18, and Kelsey Chow is in shock. <\/p>\n

Chow, who plays Mikayla Makoola on “Pair of Kings,” said she found it “hard to believe” that the show was already on its third season. ” Fans can expect a lot more adventure, more crazy characters,” she said. “It’s going to be a big opener and the introduction of a new character–Adam Hicks, who plays the two guys’ long lost brother [King Boz]. If you thought you knew the main characters before, you’ll get to know them even better this season.”<\/p>\n

One character you’ll get to know better is Mikayla herself. “We’ve seen that she takes her job very seriously, but this season, she’s kind of let go of herself a little bit,” she said. “You see a very goofy side of her. She’s better friends with the boys and we learn new things about her, like how she’s a terrible dancer.”<\/p>\n

Those boys mentioned by Chow aside from Hicks are Mitchel Musso, who played King Brady in the first two seasons and Doc Shaw, who plays King Boomer. Both actors are very close to Chow.<\/p>\n

“The boys are my family,” she said. “Sometimes they pick on me, but they wouldn’t be my friends if they didn’t.”<\/p>\n

Chow can also be seen in “The Amazing Spider-Man.\u201d \u201cI filmed one day for one scene with Andrew Garfield and had an amazing time. I can\u2019t wait to see the movie!\u201d she said. <\/p>\n

While Chow entertains, she’s also striving to make an impact on the world around her. Currently, she’s studying Global Health at Columbia University. The subject is very close to her, due to her family’s involvement in health. <\/p>\n

“My grandparents worked with WHO [World Health Organization] and my father’s a physician,” she said. “If I can do something to follow in their footsteps, I’m a very happy girl.”<\/p>\n
