You think you\u2019ve seen all the shaky cam genre has to offer? Wait until you see \u201cEnd of Watch.\u201d It isn\u2019t a found footage movie per se, but writer-director David Ayer certainly uses a number of unique camera techniques, including footage shot by the characters themselves, to convey this gritty story.<\/p>\n
Michael Pe\u00f1a stars alongside Jake Gyllenhaal as a pair of hotshot police officers who have a blast patrolling the streets, thinking they\u2019re invincible. Things only get better when the duo makes a big bust, but, little do they know, they\u2019re good police work puts targets on their backs.<\/p>\n
While promoting the film at San Diego Comic Con, Ayer and Pe\u00f1a walked the press line to answer a few quick questions about the film. Check it out in the video below and keep an eye out for \u201cEnd of Watch,\u201d due in theaters September 28th.<\/p>\n
