HBO is close to ordering a pilot episode for a series based on the hit Jonathan Franzen novel “The Corrections”, and Anthony Hopkins has expressed interest in playing one of the central characters, AOL TV is reporting. The book is a multi-layered family drama that took place over several decades of the 20th century. It follows the lives of Alfred and Enid Lambert, an elderly Midwestern couple, and their three adult children.
