Josh Duhamel and Fergie Renew Wedding Vows

To prove their marriage is just as strong as it was when they wed one year ago, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen actor Josh Duhamel surprised his wife, Nine actress and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie, with a vow renewal ceremony last Wednesday, January 6, UsMagazine.com is reporting. While the couple had a lavish wedding last January 10 in front of hundreds of guests in Malibu, this time Duhamel decided to give his wife a small, intimate ceremony.  Their renewal ceremony was quite low-key, as it just included the two of them and the minister. The Award Season Starts Yet Some Movies Still Flop

With the 67th annual Golden Globe Awards airing next weekend comes both the first major ceremony for critics to honor Hollywood this decade and “the worst of their careers” for some actors.  According to Indiewire.com, one actor who saw his newest movie flop during its first weekend of release was Tim Allen.  Crazy on the Outside teamed Allen with his Wild Hogs co-star Ray Liotta, and was released through Freestyle Releasing.  The Home Improvement star’s directorial debut earned a dismal $75,450 from the 75 screens it premiered on. Nine Gets A New Release Date

Rob Marshall In Talks To Direct Pirates of the Caribbean 4

Rob Marshall is in talks to take on the director’s role for the fourth installment of “Pirates of the Caribbean,” which already has a tentative 2010 production start. He would be taking over from Gore Verbinski. While Marshall’s involvement in the franchise has not yet been officially confirmed by the studios, sources say that his attachment to the project is close enough to have begun casting. Marshall made his feature directorial debut with “Chicago,” and most recently directed “Nine”, which is due to hit theaters November 25th, 2009.
