A new short went live today! The short, “Assassins,” stars Bill Oberst, Jr.(“Take This Lollipop), Vincente DiSanti and Caitlyn Sabrio. The short was written, directed and produced by Michael Bonomo, with cinematography by Noel Maitland. Also working on the approximately nine minute short is editor Heather Goodwin-Floyd, composer Kristen Baum, sound designer Joe Iemola and sound mixer Joseph DeBeasi.
Here’s the official rundown on the short:
“Assassins” is a short tale of two Assassins meeting at a hit gone wrong. Actor Bill Oberst Jr. (Nude Nuns with Big Guns, A Haunting in Salem) leads this film as seasoned assassin, Nathan, who imparts unique wisdom on a young, first-time assassin.
The short itself is really impressive. If you’re a fan of intense crime dramas or films like “Reservoir Dogs,” this short will really be up your alley. Even though the short is, well, a short, the writing and pacing feels feature film-worthy. Speaking of feature films, if you want to help the team behind this short raise enough money to make “Assassins” into a feature film, click here to see how you can help.
