Season Finale of Hit Hulu Series Spoilers Discusses Legacy of Latest Bourne Entry

Kevin Smith and the Spoilers review the latest entry in the Bourne series, ‘The Bourne Legacy,’ in today’s season one finale of his hit Hulu and Hulu Plus series, ‘Spoilers.’ The Spoilers debate whether this weekend’s number one film at the box office, which pushed ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ out of the top spot after a three-week reign, lives up to the previous three installments in the espionage franchise. They also discuss whether the series’ new lead actor, Jeremy Renner, lives up to the original trilogy’s main star, Matt Damon.

Also appearing on the season finale of ‘Spoilers’ is Gerard Way, the frontman of My Chemical Romance and an esteemed comic book write. He appears on the ‘Spoilers’ episode, which can be viewed on Hulu’s official website, to talk about, among other things, his music and comic book.

Since ‘Spoilers’ debuted in June, the show has provided viewers with commentary on the summer’s biggest films. It has also featured interviews with some of Hollywood’s most influential personalities, including Robert Rodriguez, Jason Lee, Jon Favreau, Stan Lee, Carrie Fisher and Len Wiseman. Some of the films discussed on ‘Spoilers’ include ‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ ‘The Amazing Spider-Man,’ ‘Magic Mike,’ ‘Prometheus,’ ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ and ‘Total Recall.’
