Super Bowl Ad For Snitch Shows Dwayne Johnson Seeking Justice

Summit Entertainment’s action/thriller “Snitch” has released their 30 second Super Bowl ad, “How Far” on YouTube. The ad gives you a taste of what you can expect when the film comes out on February 22.

“Snitch,” directed by Ric Roman Waugh and written by Waugh and Justin Haythe, stars Dwayne Johnson as a father who is seeking revenge for his son:

Cast: Dwayne Johnson, Susan Sarandon, Benjamin Bratt and Barry Pepper

In this fast-paced action thriller inspired by true events, Dwayne Johnson stars as a father whose teenage son is wrongly accused of a drug distribution crime and is looking at a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 10 years. Desperate and determined to rescue his son at all costs, he makes a deal with the U.S. attorney to work as an undercover informant and infiltrate a drug cartel on a dangerous mission — risking everything, including his family and his own life.

The film also stars Susan Sarandon, Benjanmin Bratt and Barry Pepper. You can check out the ad, as well as a still and poster, below the post.
