The Russian-owned channel, part of Russia Today, focuses primarily on documentaries (as the title suggests) and what they teach about the issues plaguing our world. To quote the channel, “RT’s documentaries go beyond the bare facts, thoroughly investigating the issues and giving the viewer a chance to see below the surface.”
