‘Sin City’ director Frank Miller has confirmed that the characters of Nancy Callahan and Marv will return to the anticipated follow-up to the hit crime thriller, Coming Soon is reporting. The filmmaker has also said production will likely start in the spring of 2012. ‘Sin City 2′ will primarily be an adaptation of the book ‘A Dame to Kill For;’ however, it will also feature the short story ‘Just Another Saturday Night’ and two new stories, one involving Nancy. Jessica Alba is thinking about toning down her racy and sexy image, now that her daughter Honor Marie is two-years-old, FOXNews.com is reporting. Paul W.S. Anderson (the “Resident Evil” franchise) has been attached to direct a big-screen version of “Buck Rogers”. Slated to be released in 3D, the film featuring one of the first pop-culture sci-fi adventureers is being written by Art Marcum and Matt Holloway (“Iron Man”). Buck Rogers was created as a serial comic in the 1920′s and has been adapted into various media since then. Variety is reporting that TV host Olivia Munn, from G4′s daily “Attack of the Show”, has landed a role in the upcoming, highly-anticipated “Iron Man 2″ from Marvel Studios, a sequel to the 2008 summer smash “Iron Man”. It is unknown what Munn’s role in the film will be. The first pictures of Mickey Rourke as the villainous Russian mercenary Whiplash in the upcoming “Iron Man 2″ have hit the web, and you can get a glimpse of Rourke in his whip-wielding armored glory below.
