Remember the awesome 1990s computer game and television show, “Where In The World is Carmen Sandiego”? Well, Jennifer Lopez and Walden Media see some movie potential in the property. According to Deadline, Walden Media has acquired the rights to “Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego?” in order to turn it into a live-action film. Mark Dindal Is Directing Housebroken

Variety.com is reporting that Mark Dindal (“Chicken Little”) will be directing “Housebroken” for Walden Media, with Michael De Luca producing and Sean Perrone and Aaron Kaplan onboard as executive producers. There is no script yet for “Housebroken” but Variety reports that Walden is looking for writers for the project, to expand on the original story by Adam Sztykiel. “Housebroken” is slated as a live-action film where the pets of a newly-married couple must learn to live together and get along. No Third Narnia Film for Disney

Disney and Walden Media have decided to not move further with their Chronicles of Narnia series when they decided to not make the third installment, which would have been titled The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. A Disney spokesperson spoke out on the cut, “We are no longer going forward with the movie due to budgetary considerations and other logistics.” Up to this point, The Chronicles of Narnia series was intended to be a seven-part film series.
