Jigsaw is back at it once again the only problem is that this time he is restricted to his deathbed. With the aide of Amanda his obedient apprentice, the two devise a plan to keep him alive just long enough to finish one last game. Kidnapping the lovely Dr. Denlon, Jigsaw has her held hostage to do his bidding. She must keep him alive long enough for the game to be finished, while playing her own twisted game.  Within this we meet Jeff, a man who is lost in a building and must play a twisted game of forgiveness and self-discovery before the building becomes his everlasting tomb.Â
