Watch a promo clip titled “Don’t Let Them See You” from MTV’s reality series 52 Bands 52 Weeks featuring The Myriad.

Band Biography: This week’s “52 Bands/52 Weeks” featured band, The Myriad, is no stranger to the MTV spotlight. In December 2007, The Myriad won MTV2’s “Dew Circuit Breakout” competition, joining the respected ranks of past winners such as Taking Back Sunday, Yellowcard and Hellogoodbye.

The Myriad, a Christian rock band from Seattle, was founded by Jeremy Edwardson (lead vocals, guitar) and John Roger Schofield (bass). Soon after, Jonathan Young (guitar), Steven Tracy (guitar) and Scott Davis (drums) were recruited to join the band, and The Myriad was complete.

Fans got a taste of the band’s new album, “With Arrows, With Poise,” thanks to the release of their digital EP “Prelude to Arrows.” The EP, released in October 2007, included five songs and a bonus “sneak peak” track. On Tuesday, May 13th, The Myriad’s anticipated full-length album, “With Arrows, With Poise,” will be available online and in stores.
