Variety.com reports today that Paramount Pictures has signed Leonardo Di Caprio to star in the upcoming film “Atari”. The film is a biopic about entrepreneur Nolan Bushnell, the creator of the Atari game system and the video game industry. Brushnell and partner Ted Dabney were the founders of Atari Inc. in 1972.

The film is written by Brian Hecker and Craig Sherman. Brian Hecker is best know for his film “Bart Got a Room”.
