No big surprise, but in a recent interview with actor Terrence Howard, Coming Soon reports that “Iron Man 2” has already been slated by Marvel Studios. According to the report, shooting will begin sometime in March, 2009 for a 2010 release. No reports yet as to who will star in and direct the sequel.
“Iron Man” by director Jon Favreau and starring Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeff Bridges continues to rock the box office with an aggregate total of over $288 Million dollars of earnings in its sixth week of release.
