She’s been an A&R rep for Epic Records, wrote songs for Lily Allen and Ashlee Simpson, had a song featured on a Bud Light Lime commercial, and of course she’s had wild success among hipsters and music critics with her debut album, Santogold. This Brooklyn-based artist is set to tour with Coldplay later in the summer and is this week’s featured artist for MTV’s “52 Bands/52 Weeks” campaign.
