According to a Hollywood Reporter article, director David Fincher (Fight Club), the animated studio Blur Studios and Dark Horse Entertainment will bring “The Goon” to film. According to the report, the film will be a computer generated animated film. Comic book artist Eric Powell will write the script.
“The Goon” is a popular comic book created by Eric Powell in 1999, which follows a muscle-bound brawler named Goon. Dark Horse has been publishing the comic book since 2003.
