UFC fighter Justin Levens, 28, and his wife Sarah McLean-Levens, 25, were found shot to death in their Laguna Niguel condo in California yesterday afternoon.

According to TMZ, which was the first news outlet to report the news, cops are currently investigating their deaths as an apparent murder-suicide. Further information would be released later today.

As a mixed martial arts fighter, Justin Levens competed for the Southern California Condors of the International Fight League. Levens had a career record of 9 wins and 8 losses and fought in several different leagues, including the WEC and UFC.

Justin Levens’ first fight and victory was against Hector Carrilo in a 2004 event in New Mexico. He also won his matches against respectable fights like Jeff Dowmam, Mitch Nester, Eber Saulido, Tosh Cook, Tony Lopez and Jorge Oliveira.

After losing to Scott Smith in 2006, he tried to redeem himself in UFC 59 – Reality Check but lost via submission triangle choke to Evan Tanner, who ironically was found dead back in September.
