A few new pictures from the upcoming “Green Lantern: First Flight” animated film from DC and Warner Bros have hit the web, highlighting the various characters and alien species you’ll see in the upcoming animated tale of the classic DC title. The film, featuring the voice talents of Christopher Meloni, Michael Madsen, Victor Garber, and Tricia Helfer, tells the story of daredevil test pilot Hal Jordan becoming a Green Lantern, a member of the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lantern Corps. Jordan must deal with a growing conspiracy within the Corps itself that threatens order and freedom in the universe.
“Green Lantern: First Flight” hits shelves on DVD July 28th, 2009.
