Movie Synopsis: After Bella recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward and his family. However, a minor accident during the festivities results in Bella’s blood being shed, a sight that proves too intense for the Cullens, who decide to leave the town of Forks, Washington for Bella and Edward’s sake. Initially heartbroken, Bella finds a form of comfort in reckless living, as well as an even-closer friendship with Jacob Black. Danger in different forms awaits.

I think Dakota Fanning as Jane is the perfect choice. She looks exactly like I pictured her. Of all the characters, she most closely resembles the book desciption.
Everytime I see photos/clips of Dakota as Jane I get goosebumps down my spine. She is exactly how the book describes her. How is it that a young girl weighing 100 lbs or less can scare us so much without even saying a word! If you’ve read the book you will understand when I say, just wait until she smiles – then I will honestly shake in fear.

I love Dakota!! one of my favourite actresses!!! This is the first time seeing her taking this kind of role!! now i can’t wait to watch the movie, though i didn’t like the first one!! Dakota is just how I imagined jane!! scary!!
Dakota should NOT play Jane! the book says dark hair and slightly boyish features how does dakota fit that at all?!? They could have had a MONKEY pic the cast and it would have been better then this!
