According to The Hollywood Reporter, Josh Klausner as been tapped by Fox to adapt “The Ten Best Days Of My Life”, the novel by Adena Halpern.

Fox is developing the project as a starring vehicle for Amy Adams and it will be directed by Shawn Levy.

The book is about a young woman who dies and goes to the top of the afterlife echelon called Seventh Heaven, but must prove she is worthy of staying there by proving that she lived a worthwhile life by recounting the ten best days of her life.

Adams, in addition to starring, will also be producing the project alongside Levy and his 21 Laps production banner.

The novel was published in May 2008 by Penguin.
