The Toy Story vets and the newcomers from the daycare center unite in the final poster for Toy Story 3. We can see everyone from good ol’ Woody, Buzz and Jessie to fresher faces like Twitch, Trixie and, my personal favorite, Peas-in-a-Pod. The image may be cluttered, but when you’re the third film in a franchise that already has two seamless and beloved productions, it doesn’t matter. How much do people love Toy Story? Enough to not even include the title on the poster!
Now to the details. So who do we have here? Of course there’s Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Slinky Dog, Rex, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, Hamm, Bullseye and some squeeze toy aliens. And now for the newcomers. We’ve already met Lotso, Twitch, Trixie, Peas-in-a-Pod, Barbie and Ken, Mr. Pricklepants and Buttercup. That makes seven (if you combine Barbie and Ken). With a total of 14 new toys, that clearly means that the remaining seven are those yet to get the solo poster treatment. Check out these seven labeled in the poster below:
