We present to you another Swedish trio, but not to be confused with MOVITS!. This foreign trio sticks to electronic tunes rather than jazz and swing songs. So besides their native country and their numbers that is about all these two bands have in common. We are glad to add a little Swedish variety to our playlist.
The electronic trio, Fredrik, is celebrating the release of their third album, Flora, which dropped April 12th via The Kora Records. This next statement should come as no surprise to you. Fredrik recorded the album in their garden studio during the summer of 2010. Get it, recording Flora in a garden?
The band has just remixed their first single off the album, “Rites of Spring,” with producer Tobias Lilja. The remix track is irrefutably contagious by infusing an upbeat tempo with some spiritual sounds. Check out the track below. It will simply drift you away to a more relaxing planet.
