In Egyptian lore the spitting cobra is the sign of sovereignty. Now I don’t know if the cobra is gold, black, purple, blue or brown, royalty is royalty and that’s how it is. So why has royalty taken a break from recording a new album for 6 years, that is a good question. Not due to lack of talent or ideas, come on now it’s Limp Bizkit, one of the hottest bands since “Three Dolla Bill, Y’all$”!! That would never be the case I’m sure. I’m a chalk it up as an overdue hiatus, hey they sold over 33 million records won hella awards and banged their share of hotties. Just sayin’ they lived that fast pace rock star life, whirl wind after whirl wind, time to kick back and enjoy the benies for a minute. Don’t hate they playa cause it’s all about the game, isn’t that right Mr. Durst.

The real deal is back and they are sounding incredible, “Well I’m rollin’ down Rodeo with a Shotgun”, oh that would be another band that really needs to cut a new album, RATM my bad.

Let’s see, hmm, “Shot Gun..”, Shot Gun, “Gold Cobra”, Fred Durst and the master of the word hiatus himself, Wes Borland!! Limp Bizkit, now we are back on track, you know, those guys who have been Nominated for an award 29 times and won 15 out of the 29. That is pretty… pretty good.

With their first single “Shotgun” sizzlin’ the #1 Rock Chart world on iTunes. Limp Bizkit will be releasing their latest album “Gold Cobra” this June 28th 2011. The good news about it all, is the original crew is back with ‘Full Metal Jackets’ lettin’ loose. In honor of this occasion the band will be unfastening several arrangements of “Gold Cobra”. There will be a standard 13 new song release, a 16 new song Digital Deluxe Edition and a 17 original song exclusively at Best Buy also digitally exclusive at Napster.com. Welcome Back Bizkit!!!
