Several news outlets (TMZ being one of them) are reporting that former ‘Two And A Half Men’ star Charlie Sheen may be returning to television once again! After a public meltdown, and verbal battle with Chuck Lorre, Sheen and his tiger blood self looks to be moving on, and is brokering a new deal with a reported “big offer!” Charlie Sheen’s possible new TV series is reportedly being written around the troubled actor, and is said to be skipping the pilot stage.
The unknown production will apparently go right to air, making its debut as soon as this January 2012. But according to reports coming out of ABC:
“A source in touch with the Sheen camp was quoted on the NBC Scoop gossip website as saying, “This is something that’s been put out there by his management to generate buzz. There’s nothing that is at the ‘deep negotiation’ stage yet … no one is ready to trust him.”
Since leaving Two and a Half Men, Sheen has been publicly battling it out with his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, and dealing with several other personal issues. Other than that his acting career appears to be somewhere in the toilet, with his only mentioned venture to date being a possible comeback in a new Major League installment.
