Those carefree summer days where you are just sitting by the pool and having a refreshing drink need to be spiced up a bit. Why not spray some heavy metal music over yourself? The contradiction could be exactly what you need to break-free of your “rigid” summer schedule. We have the perfect band to do that with, the Washington, DC-based group, Darkest Hour.
The reason why we chose this metal band over any others is because we trust that this group has enough vigor and rage to convince you that metal music and summer days aren’t so different as they seem. Darkest Hour has been around for over a decade and the quintet group has more experience than many of the groups we often hear on the radio waves. Vocalist, John Henry, guitarist, Mike Schleibaum, guitarist, Mike Carrigan, drummer, Ryan Parrish and bassist, Paul Burnette dropped their seventh album, ‘The Human Romance‘, back in February and are now preparing to release the music video for the album’s tune, “Love As A Weapon.” You can check out the lyric video of the tune on YouTube now as well as stills from the video shoot on the band’s Facebook page.
