Two clips from George A. Romero’s “Deadtime Stories, Volume One” has been released. The two clips, “A Killing” and “Faith”, are part of a three 30-minute horror film anthology written by Jeff Monahan (“Lone Star”) and also directs alongside Michael Fischa and Matt Walsh. The first volume of a two-volume set will be available July 12 on DVD for $24.99, as well as digitally for $14.99 (Standard Definition download) and $19.99 (High Definition download).

The three films in this anthology are as follows:

“Valley of the Shadow”: A woman searches for her missing husband in jungles of South America…and soon, the hunters become the hunted.

“WeT”: A lonely potter finds a valuable jade box buried on the beach. And what’s inside… wants to keep him company.

“House Call”: A woman calls an elderly doctor out on a house call on her strangely-ailing son. What he finds when he gets there isn’t listed in any medical books.

You can find the clips from “Volume One” as well as box art below this post. What do you think of this anthology? Will you add it to your horror collection? Make your opinions known on this in the comments section below.
