Want to know what musician/director Rob Zombie is up to recently? FEARnet.com, the online component of the FEARnet cable channel, will soon have an interview with Zombie on the show “Post Mortem with Mick Garris.”

The five-part interview will be on FEARnet.com and On Demand starting August 22. The interview will also be on FEARnet’s cable channel on August 27.

In the interview, Zombie touches on the issues he had early in his movie-making career. “And then I was on the set of ‘Daredevil. Um, interviewing Ben Affleck for MTV…Between takes he said, ‘hey what’s up with your movie blah blah blah?’ I said ‘oh well Universal dumped it because…I guess they have a conscience, they have morals, but MGM’s gonna put it out, I guess they have no morals ha ha ha’…And then the next day it was on the front page of Variety, me saying that…and the editer called me and goes, ‘Yeah we just got here. Everytihng’s locked up and they won’t let us in.'”

He also said that he’d love to make a Western one day. “That’s probably one of my favorite things of all time, is Westerns, even more so than horror,” he said.
