The season 13 cast of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” has been announced, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The cast is a mixed-bag to be sure, even more so than last season. The cast for this season is as follows:

Nancy Grace, Kristin Cavallari, Ricki Lake, Chaz Bono, David Arquette, Carson Kressley, Wilson Phillips singer Chynna Phillips, professional soccer player Hope Solo, model and Italian TV personality (and George Clooney’s ex-girlfriend) Elisabetta Canalis, Ron Artest, Rob Kardashian and J.R. Martinez.

It probably makes no sense to make predictions about how well this season’s cast will do, but I predict that Nancy Grace will have some sort of mea culpa or humanizing moment, David Arquette might be one of the first ones voted out, Carson Kressley might be a surprising good dancer, and Ron Artest, being an athlete, will be paired with Cheryl Burke, the dancer that is always paired with athletes. And if Rob has the same dancing talent as his sister Kim (who was a contestant on a previous season of “Dancing With the Stars”), he will be along with Arquette as possible bad dancers. It could go either way with the rest. As of right now, I don’t know who could win, so I’ll make a bet based on nothing and say that Chaz Bono could be the winner.

What do you think about the cast? Sound off below.
