Simple Plan’s new video for “Astronaut” has been released. The song comes off the band’s recent release “Get Your Heart On!”
This is Simple Plan’s first new release in over three years, “Get Your Heart On!” was produced by Brian Howes (Hedley, Boys Like Girls), and finds the band accompanied by an all-star lineup of special guests, including Canadian rapper K’Naan, All Time Low’s Alex Gaskarth, and Rivers Cuomo, who co-wrote and performs on the album’s infectious song, “Can’t Keep My Hands Off You.” The track is featured in the just-released Walt Disney Pictures film, Prom.
Simple Plan has earned widespread acclaim and a global fan following for their inventive, genre-defying blend of classic punk energy and modern pop sonics. Since coming together nearly a decade ago, the Montreal-based combo has achieved worldwide sales in excess of 7 million.
