‘Aim High,’ the first-ever social series from a Hollywood studio, is set to debut on Facebook on October 18. The action comedy series, which stars Jackson Rathbone (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1), Aimee Teegarden and Greg Germann, is produced by Warner Premiere and Dolphin Entertainment. Facebook users can become part of the show by integrating their profile information, including photos and friends, by simply opting into the application on the show’s page on the social networking website.

Users can see themselves or their friends integrated into select scenes of ‘Aim High’ by watching the series on its Facebook page. For example, their photos can appear on a student body election poster, or their names can be seen as graffiti on the bathroom wall. The show’s user interaction allows viewers to not only have an engaging viewing experience, but also have a social one where they can share comments and tweets about their favorite moments from the show.

‘Aim High’ follows Nick Green, played by Rathbone, a junior in high school who’s leading a double life. He goes to school during the day, and is a government operative at night. When he’s not dealing with spies, Nick is thinking about Amanda Miles, portrayed by Teegarden, the most popular girl in school. She mercilessly flirts with him, but he also must deal with her over protective boyfriend Derek, played by Jonathan McDaniel.

McG, one of the producers of ‘Aim High,’ has said “The ability for fans to become part of a production by simply watching a show is truly revolutionary. I’m delighted that ‘Aim High’ is the first to embrace this technology.”
