A few days ago, ShockYa introduced you the “The Hunger Games” viral site Capitol Couture. Now, there has been a statement issued by Seneca Crane about the website. To quote the statement:

“This is Seneca Crane, your Head Gamemaster for the 74th Hunger Games. I am extremely pleased to introduce our newest government initiative specially designed to increase spirit in the months leading up to the Games: Capitol Couture.

As we approach the 50-day milestone until the Hunger Games, the Capitol felt compelled to create a palce for all of our citizens to learn about the fashion, trends and lifestyle that make Capitol living so grand. Citizens of all Districts would be well served to head the example of an au fait style icon such as Effie Trinket, starting with the following article:

Effie Trinket: Her Tributes Aren’t The Only Thing To Look Forward To This Season.”
