The six actresses from the Oscar-nominated ‘Bridesmaids’ cast, including first-time nominees Kristen Wiig, for Best Original Screenplay, and Melissa McCarthy, for Best Supporting Actress, along with Maya Rudolph, Rose Byrne, Ellie Kemper and Wendi McLendon-Covery, will be presenters at the 84th Annual Academy Awards. The ceremony telecast producers, Brian Grazer and Don Mischer, announced the news, and that all six actresses will be making their first Oscar show appearances.
The Academy Awards for outstanding achievements in film in 2011 will air live on ABC on Sunday, February 26, 2012, from the Kodak Theatre at the Hollywood and Highland Center. The ceremony will be televised in more than 225 countries worldwide.
