Milla Jovovich has signed on to host the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Scientific and Technical Awards. The ceremony will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012, at Beverly Hills’ Beverly Wilshire. The actress, who’s most known for her work playing Alice in the ‘Resident Evil’ series and will next be seen in the fourth sequel, ‘Retribution,’ will present 10 awards to 20 individuals during the ceremony.

Portions of the Scientific and Technical Awards presentation will be featured during the 84th Academy Awards. The ceremony will be held on Sunday, February 26, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Los Angeles. It will be televised live by ABC, starting at 8:30 pm EST/5:30 pm PST in more than 225 countries.
