The four Oscar-winning actors from the 83rd Academy Awards – Christian Bale (The Dark Knight Rises), Colin Firth, Melissa Leo and Natalie Portman – will present at the 84th Academy Awards, the telecast’s producers, Brian Grazer and Don Mischer, have announced. Bale and Leo both were honored for their supporting roles in ‘The Fighter,’ while Firth and Portman won for their lead performances in ‘The King’s Speech’ and ‘Black Swan,’ respectively.

The four actors join such already announced presenters as Oscar winners Halle Berry, Penelope Cruz, Michael Douglas, Tom Hanks, Angelina Jolie and Meryl Streep. Bradley Cooper, three-time Oscar nominee Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, Zach Galifianakis, Milla Jovovich, Jennifer Lopez, Emma Stone and the Oscar-nominated cast of ‘Bridesmaids’ will also be presenting.

The 84th Academy Awards, which will honor film achievements of 2011, will be televised live on ABC on Sunday, February 26, 2012, at 8:30 pm EST/5:30 PST. The ceremony will be held at the Kodak Theatre from the Hollywood & Highland Center, and will be broadcast in more than 225 countries worldwide.
