Here at ShockYa, we write a lot about the spectacular fan art and fan designs which could very well be used for official work for “The Dark Knight Rises” (if only they could be). However, what if you could make a t-shirt design and actually have it become official?
FirstShowing via ComicBookMovie is reporting on a contest sponsored by Design By Humans. The nature of the contest is to design an awesome t-shirt inspired by, of course, “The Dark Knight Rises.” The top three winners will be chosen by Christopher Nolan himself as well as the producer of “Rises,” Emma Thomas. The top prize will include $3,500 as well as have the shirt printed and sold on the Design By Humans’ website.

“The Dark Knight Rises” stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, who has to contend with Bane’s (Tom Hardy) dark plan for the destruction of Gotham as well as Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway), who is also the alluring and elusive Catwoman. The film also stars Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Caine, Liam Neeson, Joey King, Josh Pence and Marion Cotillard. The film will be in theaters July 20.
