I’m actually waiting on pins and needles to find out more about “The Dictator,” starring Sacha Baron Cohen, mostly because there’s a lot about the plot treatment that is still up for speculation. Perhaps learning more about the main character, General Aladeen, will help end some of that speculation.

Check out this opening scene from “The Dictator” below the post!

After viewing the clip, I have to say that I can say that I’m 98% sure that this film’s plot will have the “Emperor’s New Groove” treatment in that the General will be reformed throughout the hijinks that occur during his time in New York City. I’m even guessing Anna Faris’ character could possibly just become Aladeen’s friend instead of romantic interest. But, we’ll really see if I’m right once we see the film, which will hit theaters May 16.
