Even though the news about the newest “Anchorman” sequel, “Anchorman: The Legend Continues,” has only come out fairly recently, the PR train for the film has quickly gotten up to speed. In the past few weeks, we’ve already seen a teaser poster and a trailer (which is playing before theatrical screenings of “The Dictator”). Now we have even more news out of Paramount; the movie company has released a brand new trailer for the film! Check out the trailer below the post.
“Anchorman: The Legend Continues” is directed by Adam McKay and stars Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy, the leader of the KVWN news team (and also an avid lover of “scotchy scotch” and his beloved dog, Baxter). Also coming back to the film are former “Anchorman” cast members Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, David Koechner. Other actors and actresses new to the “Anchorman” saga will be announced soon. As of right now, the film’s release date is to be announced, but the roundabout date is sometime in 2013. You can learn more about the film at the film’s official site and Facebook page.
