Early reviews of “The Dark Knight Rises” are now coming in, and almost every review praises the film, including the review by The Hollywood Reporter.

The early review, which you can read here, doesn’t spoil anything for hardcore fans, but it does make the wait for Friday almost unbearable. For instance, the review states that the film is “[a] truly grand finale [that] raises Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy to the peak of big-screen comic book adaptations.”

Key elements of the film, according to the review, include an even grittier, more realistic Gotham under siege, inventive motifs, and an unexpected surprise.

If you feel like you need to catch up on your “Batman” knowledge, The Hollywood Reporter also has a guide on how to prepare yourself for Friday. Some tips include watching the first two “Batman” films by Nolan, watching Tom Hardy in “Bronson,” staying away from Twitter and learning about Catwoman.
