One of the biggest-selling country singers of all time, Tim McGraw, is the latest Hollywood star to be honored by the popular Bluewater Productions comic book series ‘FAME.’ The bio-comic, titled ‘FAME: Tim McGraw,’ was written by David A. McIntee, with the artwork created by artist Jed Mickle. The cover was painted by William Sleeper.

‘FAME: Tim McGraw,’ which will be released next month, will show how McGraw rose from humble beginnings to how he became a successful singer and actor. Print copies of the 40-page comic book will sell for $7.99 at bookstores. It can also be pre-ordered on Amazon. ‘FAME: Tim McGraw’ will also be available on the Nook, Kindle and iTunes.

McIntee said that working on ‘FAME: Tim McGraw’ was fun. He added that McGraw “has had a wider career and area of interest than people might think. I loved the chance to do something with a hint of the Western, to go with the musical genre.”

Bluewater Productions’ President, Darren G. Davis, said with the FAME comic book series, “we have the unique opportunity to showcase a wide range of notable figures. We are getting young people excited to ready by releasing comic books featuring the role models that they look up to the most.”
