“Hitchcock,” directed by Sacha Gervasi, is based on Stephen Rebello’s book “Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho.” Rounding out the cast is Toni Collette, Danny Huston, Michael Stuhlbarg, Michael Wincott, Richard Portnow and Krutwood Smith. The screenplay is by John J. McLaughlin.
