Spend the day enjoying sun and fun at The 2013 First Day of Summer Kickoff Celebration! There will be a special appearance by filmmakers Jim Rash & Nat Faxon, and the cast of the movie The Way Way Back at the event as well as games, prizes, giveaways of movie swag, and music featuring a DJ set by Milo Greene. The 2013 First Day of Summer Kickoff Celebration is sponsored by KIIS FM and will be hosted by their very own Chris Martinez.
Join the fun and start things off with a blast Friday, June 21st 12-4pm at the Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier.
Duncan (Liam James) is an awkward teen who lands a Summer job at a Water Park, giving him a confidence boost and a fresh perspective on his upside down life. The film will screen on Sunday June 23 at this year’s L.A. Film Festival and officially be released in theaters nationwide through Fox Searchlight Pictures on July 5.
