Watch DVIDS TV for free on FilmOn. DVIDS TV (“DVIDS” standing for “Defense Video & Imagery Distribution System”) features tons of exciting real-life military footage. The footage is culled by journalists with full cooperation of the U.S. Department of Defense. The mission of DVIDS TV is as follows:

“The DVIDS mission is to serve as a turnkey operation that facilitates requests for Public Affairs video, audio, still imagery and print products; coordinates interviews with soldiers and commanders in a combat zone and provides an archive for ongoing operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.”

One of the shows DVIDS TV airs is “In The Fight.” At 5:03 p.m. ET, Episode 34 of “In The Fight” will show soldiers serving America on the Afghan-Pakistan border. Here’s more about “In The Fight”:

“This edition features stories on Soldiers encountering insurgents while on patrol in Afghanistan, U.S. and Afghan forces maintaining a balance on the Afghan-Pakistan border, service members from all four military branches working together to save lives, Marines helping heal an injured Afghan child, and a veteran program created to give mobility back to service members.”
