UWTV is available for free on FilmOn. The channel, powered by the University of Washington, gives people the chance to learn something new. Here’s more about UWTV:

UWTV programs show how UW responds to critical issues facing our region and the world: by being responsible and engaged global citizens, shaping a more sustainable future, driving innovations that serve society and creating healthier lives.”

The channel can be viewed either below the post or at FilmOn. FilmOn offers more educational channels as well as other networks focusing on entertainment gossip and the latest behind-the-scenes news, news focusing on what’s affecting local, national and international communities, music news and concerts, children’s programming, lifestyle channels, mind and body channels, religious and spiritual channels and more. FilmOn also boasts over 45,000 titles on demand as well as Battlecam channels, run by members of the Battlecam community.

FilmOn’s channels can be viewed for free in SD, or for a low monthly subscription, FilmOn’s channels can be viewed in HD with added DVR recording space.
