SpongeBob SquarePants is getting an assist from Pharrell Williams and N.E.R.D. with several new songs for the new family film, “The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water,” including “Squeeze Me.” The music video for “Squeeze Me” can be viewed below the post.
Pharrell and N.E.R.D.’s other songs for the film also include “Sandy Cheeks” and “Patrick Star.” You can listen to them and the rest of “The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water” EP at iTunes.
“The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water” features SpongeBob SquarePants (voiced by Tom Kenny) and his friends as they come out of the ocean and save the land lubbers from the evil pirate Burger-Beard (Antonio Banderas). The film also features the voices of Clancy Brown, Bill Fagerbakke, Rodger Bumpass, Mr. Lawrence and Carolyn Lawrence. The film also includes Seth Green and Slash. “The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water” will be in theaters Feb. 6, 2015.
