The 2015 Tribeca Film Festival is coming April 15 through April 26 and the world premiere of “Backtrack,” starring Adrien Brody, will take place during the festival’s Midnight Section.

The film stars Brody as a psychotherapist who realizes the threads to a mystery lie in his own mental sufferings:

“In this spine-tingling supernatural thriller, trouble pychotherapist Peter Bowers (Adrien Brody) is suffering from nightmares and eerie visions. When he uncovers a horrifying secret that all of his patients share, he is put on a course that takes him back to the small hometown he fled years ago. There he confronts his demons and unravels a mystery 20 years in the making.”

The film also stars Sam Neill, Robin McLeavy, Jenni Baird and Bruce Spence. An exclusive clip from the film is below the post; check it out and see what you think!

If you’re in New York and you’ll want to see this film for yourself, go to Regal Cinemas 10 Saturday April 18 at 8:45 p.m. local time.
