Unbeknownst to many people, their seemingly routine and minuscule actions can actually be connected to a frightening secret that unleashes terrifying world-wide consequences. That’s certainly the case for several otherwise innocent characters in the new horror film, ‘I Remember You.’

The movie is set to be distributed in select theaters, on VOD and via digital platforms in the U.S. on November 10 by IFC Midnight. In honor of the drama’s upcoming release, the distribution company has unveiled the poster, stills and trailer from the film, which highlight the haunting relationship between the characters.

‘I Remember You’ was directed by Óskar Thór Axelsson, who also co-wrote the script with Ottó Geir Borg. The Icelandic mystery movie is based on the 2014 award-winning novel of the same name by Yrsa Sigurðardóttir. The supernatural horror film stars Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Thor Kristjansson, Ágústa Eva Erlendsdóttir and Anna Gunndís Guðmundsdóttir.

IFC Midnight has released the following synopsis for ‘I Remember You’:
