Denise Richards Lives Like a Reality Queen! in Comedy’s Exclusive Clip

A scene from co-writer-director-executive producer Steven Jay Bernheim’s comedy, ‘Reality Queen!’

The world doesn’t need another pretentious socialite…at least, according to a renowned BBC journalist who’s investigating their lifestyle in the upcoming comedy, ‘Reality Queen!’ Inspired by modern culture’s obsession with reality TV and social media stars, the new film is set to be distributed in select American theaters, as well as On Demand and on DVD, on January 10, courtesy of High Octane Pictures. In honor of the movie’s release, ShockYa is premiering an exclusive clip.

‘Reality Queen!’ was written and executive produced by first-time feature film director, Steven Jay Bernheim. The comedy stars Denise Richards, Mike Tyson, the late John Witherspoon and up-and-coming actress, Julia Faye West, as a celebutante who’s trying to regain her former public glory.

Shot as a mockumentary, ‘Reality Queen!’ follows a Paris Hilton-esque heiress named “London” (West), who’s struggling to regain her fame after being pushed out of the limelight by three Kardashian-type sisters named “The Kims.” London’s life is a self-indulgent maelstrom of product endorsements, talent managers, pet psychics, private jets, fashion shows, yachts and a celebrity posse. Despite her wackiness, she ultimately makes it back to the top of the heap.
